I am a noob… I forgot to change the time zone for WP from GMT +9.5 (somewhere in Australia?) to my GMT -7. So date/times were way off before this post (which also aided in my massive confusion about today being Friday)… 16 1/2 hour time difference will do that.

But now they are fixed (manually edited the timestamps ) and all is right with the world.
